
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, my mission is to create a safe space for you where you can be yourself and feel supported on your journey towards healing. We will explore and work with thoughts, feelings, recurring behaviour patterns to help you build strength, resiliency, and skills to overcome difficult obstacles, manage life stressors and reach your desired goals.
My work covers a wide range of personal struggles and issues. I like to get to know my clients and together we create a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs.
