Through talk therapy, we will explore what is creating distress in your life and causes unhappiness. We will work with behavioural and cognitive patterns, emotional expression, tolerance and management, ways of relating to others, and your inner narrative. We will build skills and learn tools to navigate through difficult times, develop healthy emotional responses, strength, and resiliency. My priority is to create a safe space for you where you can learn, heal, and grow. Your well-being is important to me.
